Paige Rosano, M.S., CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
I am a pediatric speech-language pathologist with experience helping children of all ages communicate.
I earned my bachelor's degree and master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California State University East Bay. Soon after, I began my career as a speech therapist in the academic setting, working with preschool to high school age children. Although I learned so much from my time in the schools, I knew that I could help children grow more quickly by working directly with their parents and family members. So, I founded Blooming Speech Therapy to offer effective, play-based, and family-centered speech and language therapy solutions to the Tri-Valley area!
I have taken advanced courses in sensory integration, gestalt language processing, and Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) to customize my therapy approach to each child's needs. My sessions are often play-based, including gross motor movements, motivating toys, and sensory activities to create positive learning experiences. I realize the importance of parent input and participation in the therapy process, so I always encourage family members to join in on sessions and learn new ways to support their child daily. It is my goal to help children and families flourish together!

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outside hiking, camping, and skiing! I also love to spend time at home with my husband, dog, and cat.

Natalie Caro, M. S. CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Natalie has been a speech language pathologist since 2022. Since then, she has grown her clinical skills in the private pediatric setting. Natalie's interests include language development, evaluating and treating children with AAC devices, and feeding therapy.
On her down time, you may see Natalie at the farmer's market with her husband and newborn son.

Lisa M. Hensley, B.S., MHA
Office Manager and speech language assistant
Lisa has been a speech language assistant for almost 20 years. She has worked in both public school and private practice. The bulk of her career has been in early intervention but has also worked with children of all ages. She also has a passion for supporting parents and teaching them how to navigate services offered to a special needs child. This is what made her go back to school and get her master's in health administration. Her dream was to help build a small speech therapy practice where children and families come first.
When Lisa is not working, she loves spending time with her family and especially spoiling her two grandchildren.

Kryssia Montiel, B.S., SLPA
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
As a bay area native, Kryssia graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication Disorders and a minor in special education. She has experience supporting children as a respite caregiver which shaped her passion for serving the neurodivergent population. Kryssia is passionate about supporting children with a variety of communication profiles such as children on the autism spectrum, cerebral palsy, and those who use an AAC device.
In her free time, Kryssia enjoys traveling, playing the guitar, making jewelry, and spending time with family and friends.

Pam Sardea, B.S., SLPA
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
Pam has worked as a speech language pathology assistant since 2017. Pam decided to study this field because she was able to see first-hand how speech therapy had changed the life of a family member. She has primarily worked in the public-school setting and is now enjoying supporting children and their families within the private sector. Pam has a compassionate, patient-centered approach and wants to give the highest level of support to the families she services.
When Pam is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and finding fun activities to share with her son.

Allison Matsuka, B.S., SLPA
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
Allison received her bachelor's degree in communication disorders from the University of the Pacific. She has experience servicing clients from ages 2-22 years old.
