Are you currently accepting clients?
As of April 2026, we have morning and after school openings for clients. Please give us a call to schedule an appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
We currently are in network with Kaiser, however we are adding Aetna and Cigna insurance plans. Aetna and Cigna plan coverage should go into place by May 2026. We also offer Superbills that can be reimbursed through your insurance company if you have a different insurance provider. We are also a vendor for the RCEB (Regional Center of East Bay) which is the local early intervention program that offers services to children 0 - 3 years old.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept check, cash, credit card, health savings account (HSA) funds, and bitcoin.
Are you still offering home based services?
Currently, we're able to offer a few in home sessions, but sessions primarily occur at 1280 Central Blvd, Suite F, Brentwood, CA 94513.
Is an evaluation required prior to services beginning?
Evaluations are required unless you have an evaluation report that has been completed within the past month. However, if upon review the prior evaluation is not thorough or complete, an evaluation through Blooming Speech Therapy may be required. For Kaiser members, Kaiser will complete an evaluation prior to beginning services with this provider.
My child didn't qualify for EI/school services, can you still work with them?
Yes. Sometimes school or EI services have different criteria that your child has to meet in order to receive services. Feel free to schedule a consultation so we can discuss this further.
